Ao Yun este un sortiment roşu exclusivist şi inovator, cu un caracter pur seducător, care îşi are originile la poalele munţilor Himalaya, în apropierea oraşului Shangri-La. Producătorii au căutat timp de patru ani terroir-ul ideal pentru a produce unul dintre cele mai bune vinuri din lume, iar cel de pe malul râului Mekong a fost ales pentru similarităţile climatice cu regiunea franţuzească Bordeaux. În compoziţia sortimentului se regăsesc soiurile Cabernet Sauvignon şi Cabernet Franc, pentru că doar două soiuri nobile franţuzeşti puteau crea un gust care să întruchipeze luxul atât de bine. Vinul etalează o eleganţă aparte, un echilibru aromatic extraordinar şi o prospeţime diafană, în timp ce taninurile delicate îi conferă un caracter specific, sofisticat.
Notele degustării:
Miros: Note bogate de fructe roşii, coacăze negre, frunze de ceai şi condimente, învăluite în nuanţe suave de mentă şi tonuri florale discrete.
Gust: Un buchet constuit meticulos din arome de cireşe negre şi cireşe roşii, grafit, condimente, frunze de tutun şi un strop de piper.
Culoare: Roşu rubiniu intens.
Ao Yun is an exclusive and innovative red variety with a purely seductive character, which has its origins in the foothills of the Himalayas, near the city of Shangri-La. The producers searched for four years for the ideal terroir to produce one of the best wines in the world, and the one on the banks of the Mekong River was chosen for its climatic similarities with the French region of Bordeaux. The assortment includes the Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc varieties, because only two noble French varieties could create a taste that embodies luxury so well. The wine exhibits a special elegance, an extraordinary aromatic balance and a diaphanous freshness, while the delicate tannins give it a specific, sophisticated character.

Aroma: Rich notes of red fruits, black currants, tea leaves and spices, wrapped in soft mint nuances and discreet floral tones.
Taste: A meticulously constructed bouquet of aromas of black and red cherries, graphite, spices, tobacco leaves and a hint of pepper.
