Dom Pérignon este întotdeauna un amestec a strugurilor Pinot noir și Chardonnay. Deși compoziția finală schimbă fiecare vintage: uneori un amestec în proporții perfect egale (de ex. 1990 Rosé), uneori până la 60% Chardonnay (1982) sau 60% Pinot Noir (1969) și o singură dată depășind 60% (cu 65% Chardonnay în 1970).
Dom Perignon este o champagne de o finete deosebila, bautura preferata a celor care se respecta!

Miros: Un buchet bogat şi elegant, care combină note de migdale, cacao, fructe proaspete şi note de flori uscate.
Gust: Arome calde de brioşe pufoase, fructe proaspete, fructe uscate, ierburi şi note delicate de coajă de lămâie, accentuate de perlajul fin al băuturii
Culoare: Galben pai, cu sclipiri aurii.
