Zippo Black Crackle este un zippo realizat prima data in timpul celui de-al II-lea Razboi Mondial. In lipsa chromului sau nickelului. Pentru a pastra calitatea brichetelor, carcasele au fost vopsite cu un strat gros de vopsea neagra si lasate la cuptor, rezultand acest finisaj interesant.
