Casa Veuve Clicquot, fondată în anul 1172 de Philippe Clicquot-Muiron, a jucat un rol important în ceea ce priveşte promovarea şampaniei în rândul aristocraţiei din Europa.Faimosul sortiment cu etichetă galbenă este obţinut din struguri Pinot Noir, responsabili de consistenţa cupajului, Pinot Meunier, care desăvârşesc aroma băuturii şi Chardonnay, care adaugă un plus de echilibru şi rafinament. Pentru a păstra stilul Casei, în compoziţia blend-ului intră un procent semnificativ de vinuri din ani diferiţi (25 – 35%). Fiecare dintre aceste vinuri învechite în jur de 9 ani este păstrat separat pentru a reflecta calităţile unice ale viei şi ale anului respectiv.
Notele degustării:
Miros: Note proaspete şi îmbietoare de brioşe calde, mere şi pere, învăluite în parfum delicat de vanilie.
Gust: Arome expresive de mere, brioşe proaspete, vanilie, citrice şi miere, accentuate elegant de perlajul vibrant.
Culoare: Galben strălucitor.
The House of Veuve Clicquot, founded in 1172 by Philippe Clicquot-Muiron, played an important role in promoting champagne among the European aristocracy. The famous assortment with a yellow label is obtained from Pinot Noir grapes, responsible for the consistency of the blend, Pinot Meunier, which perfects the aroma of the drink and Chardonnay, which adds an extra balance and refinement. In order to preserve the style of the House, the composition of the blend includes a significant percentage of wines from different years (25 - 35%). Each of these wines aged around 9 years is kept separately to reflect the unique qualities of the vineyard and the respective year.
