Un vin ce provine din selectiile riguroase ale celor mai bune podgorii Cotes de Provence. Strugurii de grenache, tibouren si cinsault sunt supusi presarii directe, iar stabilizarea mustului are loc cu ajutorul fermentatiei la temperaturi scazute. Armonia aromata a celor trei soiuri de struguri iese la iveala dupa procesele vinificatiei, buchetul dezvoltat fiind unul sclipitor.
Culoarea sa roz-pal, alaturi de inconfundabilele arome ale cojilor de portocale si coacaze rosii, dar si notele de piersici spun totul in prima pagina de prezentare a acestui vin deosebit de galant.
Prospetimea sa acida evolueaza progresiv de-a lungul palatului, alaturi de taninii rotunzi, pentru un final persistent in care se observa aromele clare de piersici si portocale confiate. A se consuma la o temperatura de 8-10 grade celsius in compania preparatelor la gratar, creveti kebab, foietaj cu gem de caise sau diferite legume crude.
