Maremma tomatoes have an intense taste, characterized by the optimal proportion between acidity and sugars, they are grown in a land kissed by the sun and the air of the Tyrrhenian sea which gives a natural sapidity/taste to the product (without added salt or citric acid). A production process in which modern technologies intertwine with artisanal tradition. The raw material is handled with care and is processed within 48 hours of harvesting, transferring the freshness directly into containers/jars. The maximum temperature to which the product is subjected is 97 degrees for 5 minutes for pasteurization. During this process, the tomatoes do not oxidize, which keeps their color, consistency and flavor unaltered and resistant for a long time.
