Paleta aromatică splendidă a acestui sortiment de whisky se datorează în mare parte învechirii secundare în butoaie de vin, selecţionate manual din regiunea Sauternes, Franţa, zonă faimoasă pentru sortimentele specifice de vin dulce. Iniţial single malt-ul este maturat în butoaie de bourbon pe o perioadă de 10 ani, după care este transferat în butoaie de vin Sauterners, unde petrece încă 2 ani. De aici, sortimentul împrumută note bogate, care desăvârşesc un gust asemănător cu cel al unui desert franţuzesc şi conturează un caracter sofisticat.
Notele degustării:
Miros: Un mariaj încântător de note de coajă de lime şi portocală, stafide, nucă de cocos şi crustă de produse de patiserie, învăluite în accente captivante de miere şi nucşoară.
Gust: O paletă aromatică armonioasă, dominată de note de ghimbir, migdale rumenite, fagure de miere, şi nucşoară.
Finish: Lung şi dulce, cu accente de ciocolată, vanilie, ghimbir, nucşoară şi coajă de lămâie.
Culoare: Auriu.
The splendid aromatic palette of this range of whiskey is largely due to secondary aging in hand-selected wine casks from the Sauternes region, France, an area famous for its specific varieties of sweet wine. Initially, the single malt is matured in bourbon barrels for a period of 10 years, after which it is transferred to Sauterners wine barrels, where it spends another 2 years. From here, the assortment borrows rich notes, which perfect a taste similar to that of a French dessert and outline a sophisticated character.

Smell: A delightful marriage of notes of lime and orange peel, raisins, coconut and pastry crust, wrapped in captivating accents of honey and nutmeg.
Taste: A harmonious aromatic palette, dominated by notes of ginger, browned almonds, honeycomb, and nutmeg.
Finish: Long and sweet, with accents of chocolate, vanilla, ginger, nutmeg and lemon peel.
