Cupajul Cabernet Merlot este inspirat de clasicele vinuri roşii de Bordeaux. Cape Mentelle este cunoscut pe plan internaţional pentru echilibrul perfect al aromelor, caracterul său elegant şi textura catifelată. Vinul captează rotunjimea şi profunzimea cabernetului şi somptuozitatea merlotului, caracteristici care asociate dau naştere unui sortiment parfumat şi elegant. Cabernet Merlot Trinders este maturat în butoaie din lemn de stejar franţuzesc, pentru a definitiva profilul aromatic şi structura cupajului. Vinul se potriveşte cu preparate condimentate pe bază de carne de vită sau pui şi brânzeturi.

Miros: Note captivante de coacăze negre, cacao şi cuişoare, învăluite într-un parfum floral de violete.
