Our products are carefully checked and packaged to avoid any damage. Below you will find the return conditions, the legal right of withdrawal and the applicable exceptions.

1. Legal right of withdrawal (14 days)

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from the distance contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the products, without justification (GEO 34/2014, as amended by GEO 18/2026). To exercise it, complete the form on the Right of withdrawal page or call us at +40 720 748 322. You will receive confirmation by email, on a durable medium.

2. Return conditions

• Products must be returned complete, in the condition in which they were received, with all accessories, labels and original packaging, without signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish their nature.
• Please keep proof of purchase (invoice / receipt / order confirmation).
• The direct cost of returning the products is borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
• Refunds are made within the legal term and may be withheld until the returned products or proof of dispatch are received.

3. Exceptions — when the right of withdrawal does NOT apply

Under art. 16 of GEO 34/2014, the right of withdrawal does not apply, among others, to: sealed goods unsuitable for return for hygiene / health reasons that were unsealed after delivery (e.g. beverages, consumables); goods made or ordered to the customer’s specifications or personalised; perishable or short-dated goods; alcoholic beverages whose price depends on market fluctuations.

4. Products damaged in transit or non-conforming

Check the integrity of the parcel on receipt. If a product shows transit damage, record it with the courier and let us know as soon as possible. For non-conformities, the legal guarantee of conformity applies (Law 449/2003, GEO 140/2021).
