Peste 60 de eaux-de-vie au împrumutat cele mai distinse arome acestui coniac superb, care etalează nu doar o armonie aromatică perfectă, ci şi o textura fină şi catifelată pe toată durata degustării. E nevoie de minţi sclipitoare pentru a realiza o astfel de armonie aromatică, dar acest lucru nu pare să pună în dificultate casa Hennessy – obişnuită cu perfecţiunea încă din anul 1765. Hennessy VSOP Privilege este un coniac Grande Champagne, învechit cel puţin 4 ani în butoaie de stejar Limousin.
Notele degustării:
Miros: Buchetul debutează cu nuanţe de fructe proaspete, care evoluează uşor spre fructe uscate şi violete. Note fine de condimente şi must se evidenţiază uşor printre tonurile de stafide şi caise uscate.
Gust: Cu o dulceaţă aparte, perfect dozată, Hennessy VSOP împleteşte frumos nuanţe de fructe glasate cu accente lemnoase, vanilate.
Finish: Dulceag, fructat, cu accente amărui superb integrate.
Culoare: Ambră intensă.

Hennessy VSOP Privilege is a Grande Champagne cognac, aged at least 4 years in Limousin oak barrels.
Tasting notes:
Smell: The bouquet begins with nuances of fresh fruit, which slowly evolves into dried fruit and violets. Fine notes of spices and must stand out easily among the tones of raisins and dried apricots.
