Sobremesa starts immediately with a dominant combination of flavors including creamy almonds and bread, closely followed by other notes of leather, caramel, cream, cocoa powder, espresso beans and earth. There's a surprising amount of spice on my tongue that hangs around halfway through where it disappears, and I also notice a bit of black pepper on the aftertaste. Something I didn't expect was a very distinct dark fruit sweetness that starts to make itself known after the first 10 puffs and gets stronger as the cigar burns, becoming an integral part of the profile by the end.
