Description
Eleganţa sortimentului Ruinart Rosé se datorează melanjului de struguri Chardonnay (45%). Culeşi în mare parte din regiunea Cote des Blancs şi struguri Pinot Noir, originari din zonele Montagne de Reims şi Vallee de la Marne, transformaţi în vin roşu. Sortimentul lansat în anul 1962 este caracterizat de o mineralitate desăvârşită şi de un buchet aromatic complex. Acesta combină într-un mod inedit note exotice cu arome de fructe sălbatice şi accente florale.
Notele degustării:
Miros: Note proaspete, delicate de lychee, guave, zmeură, cireşe, caise şi fragi, completate de arome intense de trandafir şi rodie.
Gust: O senzaţie intensă şi efervescentă, unde aromele de fructe de pădure proaspăt culese se dezvăluie ca într-o avalanşă, dominând profilul aromatic al acestui sortiment. Spre final îşi fac simţită prezenţa şi note revigorante de grepfrut roz şi mentă.
Culoare: Roz, cu uşoare reflexii portocalii.
The elegance of the Ruinart Rosé assortment is due to the blend of Chardonnay grapes (45%). Harvested mostly from the Cote des Blancs region and Pinot Noir grapes, originally from the Montagne de Reims and Vallee de la Marne areas, made into red wine. The assortment launched in 1962 is characterized by a perfect minerality and a complex aromatic bouquet. It combines in a unique way exotic notes with aromas of wild fruits and floral accents.
Tasting notes:
Smell: Fresh, delicate notes of lychee, guava, raspberry, cherry, apricot and strawberry, complemented by intense aromas of rose and pomegranate.
Taste: An intense and effervescent sensation, where the aromas of freshly picked berries are revealed as in an avalanche, dominating the aromatic profile of this assortment. Towards the end, refreshing notes of pink grapefruit and mint make their presence felt.
Color: Pink, with slight orange reflections.
