Roz somon, cu reflexii de carmin.

Gustativ

Proaspăt și savuros, cu aciditate vie și note de fructe roșii mici.

Olfactiv

Note de flori de păducel, măr verde, migdale și cireșe sălbatice.

Vinificare

Scurtă perioadă de macerare pentru extracția culorii. Fermentare în inox și fermentare malolactică pentru 80% din vin. Păstrat 6 luni în rezervoare de inox și alte 2 luni în sticlă.

Vinification

Short maceration period for color extraction. Fermentation in stainless steel and malolactic fermentation for 80% of the wine. Aged 6 months in stainless steel tanks and another 2 months in bottle.
